CHAPTER 13

“Ianto I wasn’t having a go at you, I’m just saying you can’t tell them things like that.”
Ianto slammed the door before Jack could finish speaking. Jack took a seat and sighed. “Bloody hormones”


After a few weeks of Ianto’s ,mood swings things started to settle down, or should I say Ianto started to calm down a little, well sort of.
Jack woke up on the team sofa, Ianto had kicked him out of bed last night after jack had refused him another coffee.

There was only a week left until Ianto was due to give birth.
Jack stood up, stretched out a little and headed straight for the coffee machine.
Switching on the coffee machine, Jack picked up his comms device as it flashed.
“Jack here”
“Jack its Owen, got a bit of a problem the creature we’ve been chasing for a while, his coordinates are leading us towards the tourist information shop and I’m guessing he’s not stopping for directions.”

Ianto finished restocking the leaflets at the front desk. He walked back behind the counter before he sipped a bit of his coffee. The shop was the only place Ianto could enjoy his secret coffee. He sat down on his chair to take the weight off of his feet.
A second later there was a loud knock on the door.
“We’re closed.” Ianto called out as he realised he couldn’t let anyone see him in his PJ’s or with his baby bump.

There was an explosing from the door. Ianto fell to the floor, soaking himself in boiling hot coffee.
AS he scrambled up to his feet Ianto winced at the pain in his face and his stomach from the coffee burns.
Ianto found his gun and looked over the counter slowly.
Standing there was a human body with what looked like a blowfish’s head.
“Shit” Ianto whispered, he tried to click on his comms device but the coffee had stopped it working.

Jack turned off his comms and quickly ran to go and get dressed. Noticing Ianto wasn’t in bed anymore. Jack clicked on his comms device and searched for Ianto’s headset.
“Ianto?” No answer, jack sighed rubbing his head. “Ianto? This isn’t the time for a joke hun.”
Jack grabbed his gun and ran towards the tourist shop.
He ran through the long winding corridors and jumped up the steps that slowed him down.

“You!” The blowfish thing called over to Ianto . “Put the gun down and put your hands up in the air. Otherwise I’ll shoot”
Ianto swallowed hard and chucked the gun on the floor.
Ianto raised his hands in the air.
“Ok now slowly walk towards me.”
Ianto walked towards the blowfish guy, as he did Ianto felt his waters break, he started to get strong pains in his stomach and In his back.
Ianto went to lower his hands to his stomach as he cringed from the pain, but the blowfish guy raised the gun to Ianto’s head.
